Registration form here; we can also get people to register in person on the day. The primary purpose of this as I see it
is to be able to send out a mass email afterwards thanking and congratulating everyone, and saying 'yes, we have checked,
confirmed, verified, and ascertained with Lambda that all funds have arrived, and that together we raised $XYZ'.
We could do this via a fanlisting-type database, but unless we really want to be able to have a list that people can browse
in a 'who is taking part in my city?' way (which I don't think is necessary), a better way might be a form that instead
sends the details to an email account we'd set up.
